Hi everyone,

When the Mobile Homes Act 2013 was introduced, it was supposed to make selling our homes on the open market much easier. One of the biggest changes was stopping site owners from interviewing buyers or blocking sales unnecessarily.

However, we still hear stories of managers dragging their feet with paperwork, finding loopholes to cause delays, or even subtly putting off prospective buyers who visit the park office.

Have any of you recently sold a home, or are you trying to sell one right now? Have you experienced any of this "silent interference", or was your park management helpful and efficient?

If you have successfully navigated a tricky sale, what advice would you give to other residents who are just putting their home on the market? Let's share our experiences and help each other out.
