Morning all,

I noticed that Regulations & Rights came in second. Even though it only got 25% of the vote compared to the DIY and maintenance stuff, understanding UK park home legislation is absolutely crucial for all of us living on site.

With the constant chatter around pitch fee reviews, site license changes, and making sure our homes are properly recognised under the BS3632 residential spec, we really need to stay on top of our legal rights. Has anyone had any recent experience dealing with their site owners regarding new park rules or the Mobile Homes Act? I think it would be brilliant if we could share some plain-English advice on navigating these legal changes so nobody gets caught out.

It can be an absolute nightmare finding someone who actually understands the quirks of park homes rather than standard bricks-and-mortar houses. Whether you need under-chassis inspections, winter draught-proofing, or exterior cladding, getting the right person is crucial.
