Morning all. Our park currently has a small social club, but a few of us have been looking into the benefits of forming a legally recognised 'Qualifying Residents' Association' (QRA) under the Mobile Homes Act.
As I understand it, if we get at least 50% of the homes on the park to join and adopt a formal constitution, the site owner is legally obligated to consult with us on park maintenance, rule changes, and improvements that affect pitch fees. Has anyone here successfully transitioned from an informal group to a strict QRA? How difficult was it to get the site owner to officially acknowledge you in writing?
