Just a quick reminder for those who might be new to park home living! While the weather is dry, now is the absolute best time to walk around the perimeter of your home and check the ventilation bricks/grilles in your exterior skirting.
Over the winter and spring, it's so easy for dead leaves, weeds, or soil to block these vents. If the air can't circulate properly under your chassis, moisture gets trapped, which can lead to rusted supports and damp floorboards. I spent 20 minutes yesterday just pulling a few rogue weeds away from mine. Better safe than sorry!
