Afternoon all! I’ve been reading a lot about the benefits of forming a Qualifying Residents' Association (QRA). Having one officially recognised gives park residents a much stronger collective voice, especially when it comes to being consulted on park improvements or challenging new site rules.
Has anyone here successfully set one up on their park? Did you face much resistance from the site management, and has it actually improved the day-to-day running of your community? I’d love to hear your experiences and any tips you have for parks looking to start one.
