Seeking recommendations: Well-managed parks around Herefordshire / Worcestershire?

Hello everyone. My partner and I are looking to relocate closer to the Malvern Hills area to be nearer to family, and we are currently researching permanent residential parks in Worcestershire and Herefordshire.

We are specifically looking for a quiet, fully residential site (strictly no holiday lets) with a good community feel and a reasonable site owner. Does anyone currently live on a park in this region that they would genuinely recommend? Conversely, are there any sites we should absolutely avoid? Take a look at Linton Park, halfway between Hereford and Worcester. Great Park. Owned by Regent Parks. There's a link to their site on here in the sites directory. Lovely people, good park owners.
